Final Science by the Pint of the Quarter!
Thanks to all who joined us for our Science by the Pint fundraiser at Draughtsmen Aleworks this Year! We had our final Science by the Pint on April 3, featuring talks from Julianna Renzi and Kacie Ring about Crabs and Ticks!
Congratulations to Maddie Heard, Caitlin Nordheim, Cheyenne McKinley, Zoe Zilz, Tori Jones, Bridget Vincent, and Eleanor Caves, some of the graduate student organizers and faculty advisor of our annual Undergraduate Research Symposium (URS), who have published a paper in Oceanography which details how events like the URS can help retain students from traditionally excluded identities in STEM.

Join us for the 2024 EEMB Undergraduate Research Symposium on April 20, 2024 in the LSB Courtyard! We will have multiple sessions of posters, 5 minute flash talks, and 10 minute talks, showcasing all of the incredible work done by UCSB EEMB Undergraduate students!
